Cut the bread, depending on the height, longitudinally in 3 or 4 layers.

Spread the layers generously with mayonnaise and spread the young leaf lettuce and arugula over the bottom 2 or 3 layers of bread.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges, stick the avocado in and halve the olives.

Crumble the feta and let the tuna drain well.

Spoon the tuna on the lettuce and put the tomato, avocado and olives on it.

Finally, sprinkle the feta and capers.

Put the bread layers together again and put the top layer down with the mayonnaise side down, press well.

Put the bread pie on a plate or shelf and cut the bread pie at the table into points.
