Boil the tagliatelle in plenty of water with salt al dente.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil and fry the red onion. Scoop the raw ham and tomatoes through and fry them. Season with pepper.

Drain the pasta and scoop it with the arugula through the tomato-ham mixture. Serve grated Parmesan cheese separately.
