Fry the bacon strips until crispy. Remove them from the pan and keep them separate.

Add oil and stir fry the leeks, potatoes and cabbages for 3 minutes. Pour in the stock and simmer for 15 minutes.

Puree the soup. Add the bacon strips and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the creme fraiche.

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve the soup sprinkled with chives.
