Crumpet panini with goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: crumpets, fresh green pesto (a 125 g bowl), soft goat cheese (bettinne blanc) and Tasty Tom tomatoes (in slices).

Preheat contact grill or sandwich maker.

Crumble half-baked buns and cover with cut pesto.

Cut goat cheese into quarters and spread on the bottom of crumpets.

Spread slices of tomato over this.

Place half of the crumbs with pesto down.

Cover crumbs all around with oil and roast in a brown grill or in a sandwich grill..
