Directions

  1. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 1 liter of boiling water and cook the pasta al dente. Drain and allow to cool under cold running water. Drain well in a colander.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the salad. Beat the ingredients for the dressing well together and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Scoop the dressing through the pasta salad and store it in the refrigerator until use.
