Wholemeal sandwich with spicy hüttenkäse and Mediterranean vegetables
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: cottage cheese (400 g), fresh chives pesto (100 g), fresh basil (in strips), roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, wholemeal bread (uncut) and coarsely ground black pepper.

In a bowl of hüttenkäse, chive pesto, half of basil and salt and pepper to taste.

Peppers and artichoke hearts drain and cut into pieces.

Cut 8 thick slices of bread.

Spread thick layer of cottage cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread.

Spread pepper, artichoke and basil left over.

Generously grind pepper on top and cover with other slices of bread..
