Crispy coriander tofu


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: tofu naturel (375 g AH Organic), eggs (M) (AH Organic), garlic (AH Organic), fresh coriander (AH Organic), salt and pepper, rusks (AH Organic), olive oil ( AH Biologisch) and young leaf lettuce (AH Biologisch).

Directions

  1. Tofu cut into approx.
  2. 8 slices of 1 cm thick and pat dry well.
  3. Peel and squeeze garlic.
  4. Chop coriander finely.
  5. Beat eggs in deep plate with garlic, coriander and generous salt and pepper.
  6. Crumble over another plate of crumbs.
  7. Stir tofu through egg mixture, leave for approx.
  8. 5 minutes (turn regularly) and then remove through crumbs.
  9. Heat olive oil in frying pan and brown tofu in approx.
  10. 5 minutes.
  11. Serve on bed of organic young leaf lettuce..
