Grilled-vegetable toast with pesto, ham and grated cheese

Spread the slices of bread on one side with butter. Turn 4 slices each and brush each on the other side with ½ tbsp pesto.

Cover with the ham, grilled vegetables and cheese. Cover with the rest of the bread with the bone side facing up.

Heat 2 large frying pans without oil or butter and bake the sandwiches in 6 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway. Mix the rest of the pesto with the water and serve.
