Cut the tomatoes in four, remove the seeds and the moisture.

Cut the flesh into cubes and the slices of chicken breast into thin strips.

Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese with chicken strips, parsley, tomato cubes and some freshly ground pepper.

Spread the tortillas and spread the leaf lettuce over it.

In the middle, create a bar of the chicken mixture.

Roll up the tortillas and stick with a cocktail stick.
