Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes in four, remove the seeds and the moisture.
  2. Cut the flesh into cubes and the slices of chicken breast into thin strips.
  3. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese with chicken strips, parsley, tomato cubes and some freshly ground pepper.
  4. Spread the tortillas and spread the leaf lettuce over it.
  5. In the middle, create a bar of the chicken mixture.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and stick with a cocktail stick.
