Mini cheese quiches with goat cheese and nut salad
A delicious French recipe for mini cheese quiches with goat cheese and nut salad.
- 4 paste pie dough freezer
- 200 gram soft goat cheese
- 4 egg beaten
- 200 milliliters sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives minced meat
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced meat
- 50 gram walnuts peeled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 75 gram arugula
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the dough pieces and put them in the molds.
Prick the dough bottoms here and there with a fork.
Cut the cheese into thin slices or crumble the cheese and spread over the dough bottoms.
Mix the eggs with the sour cream, horseradish, salt, pepper and chives. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Fry the quiches in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown and done.
Meanwhile, roast the walnuts in a dry hot frying pan. Mix olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Serve the quiches with a piece of arugula with walnuts and sprinkle the honey dressing over it.
