Cut the tomatoes in four and scoop out the seeds.

Sprinkle the tomato slices with salt and freshly ground pepper and let them drain into a sieve (above a bowl).

Dab the bread roll mozzarella dry with kitchen paper and cut into cubes.

Sprinkle the mozzarella with salt and pepper.
-
Spoon the tomato wedges with the mozzarella, the basil and the olive oil in a bowl.

Leave the salad for half an hour (not in the fridge!).
