Directions

  1. Lay 4 strawberries with crown separately.
  2. Clean the rest of the strawberries, halve them or cut them into slices.
  3. Roast the slices of bread.
  4. Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and peel the halves.
  5. Cut them into slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  6. Brush the slices of cornbread or white bread with the cream cheese.
  7. Put them side by side.
  8. Spread over 2 slices of lamb's lettuce or rocket and add slices of avocado.
  9. Put the slices of raisin bread on the avocado.
  10. Put chicken fillet on top and spread the strawberries.
  11. Grind a little pepper.
  12. Cover with a slice of cornbread or white bread, with the buttered side on the strawberries.
  13. Press the stacks a little.
  14. Cut them diagonally.
  15. Thread the whole strawberries on the sticks and secure the stacks.
