Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the gordita's on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt if necessary.

Fry the gordita's in the oven for about 8 minutes.

Wash the lime clean and halve. Grate the green skin of one half and squeeze out that half. Cut the other half into pieces.

Put the lime zest together with ½ tbsp lime juice (for 2 persons) in a saucepan and add the kidney beans (no drain).

Heat the beans while stirring and season to taste with pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs.

Divide the kidney beans, salsa and raw vegetables over the gordita's and spread the fried eggs over it. Serve the lime parts.
