Grind the rolled oatmeal in a few seconds with a hand blender. Add the baking powder and eggs and mix well.

Scoop the cheese and raisins through the batter. Heat some of the oil or butter in the pan and put heaps of batter in the pan.

Bake the pancakes in a few minutes and brown and serve immediately. Or let them cool down and take in a lunchbox for lunch.
