                                Crumble the goat's cheese. Mince the pecans.

                                Cover half of the slices of bread with the goat's cheese, pecans and thyme. Put the rest of the slices on and press well.

                                Spread the outer edges of the bread with the butter.
 - 
                                Heat a frying pan without oil or butter for 2 toasted sandwiches and fry the sandwiches on 1 side over low heat in 4 min. Until crispy.
 - 
                                Turn around, divide the honeycomb and let it melt slowly. Bake for another 4 minutes and remove from the pan. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half and serve immediately.
