Father's day salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: olive oil, lemon juice, cucumber, red pepper, radish (cleaned), tasty tom tomatoes and romaine lettuce (200 g).

Mix the oil and lemon juice into a dressing. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut into 1 cm slanted slices and do in a large bowl.

Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut into thin strips and add to the cucumber.

Cut the radish and tomatoes into wedges and add to the vegetables. Add the lettuce and dressing, scoop and serve.
