Directions

  1. Cut the peppers into small cubes and cut the onion.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and paprika covered in a gentle heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Puree the paprika mixture in a blender.
  4. Mix the cottage cheese, basil and salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the spread on the buns and garnish with some rocket.
