First cut the cucumber lengthwise into slices of ½ cm and then into strips.

Cut the peaches or nectarines in half along the kernel. Unscrew the halves in the opposite direction and remove the wick.

Cut the flesh into thin parts. Slice the chives and mix with the cheese. Season with pepper.

Remove 2 leaves from the head of lettuce per person.

Divide 1 whole cheese, 1 leaf of lettuce, some strips of cucumber, some parts of peach or nectarine and some chicken over the gordita's.

Fold the wrap closed and fasten with a piece of string (calculate 15 cm per gordita).
