Köfte with yoghurt mint sauce

Ingredients
- 250 gram minced beef
- 1 little onion
- 2 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 gram white bread crumbs
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Mespoint cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 milliliters full yogurt for the yoghurt mint sauce
- 2 clove garlic for the yoghurt mint sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh fresh mint for the yoghurt mint sauce
- 1 tablespoon frozen fresh mint for the yoghurt mint sauce
- Mespoint paprika for the yoghurt mint sauce
Directions

Mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, white bread crumbs and the spices. Form frikadels of about 6 cm long and 3 cm thick. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.

Heat the olive oil and cook the köfte in about 10 minutes around brown and cooked.

Serve the köfte with the sauce, a green salad or tomato-cucumber salad and Turkish bread.
