Directions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, white bread crumbs and the spices. Form frikadels of about 6 cm long and 3 cm thick. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Heat the olive oil and cook the köfte in about 10 minutes around brown and cooked.
  3. Serve the köfte with the sauce, a green salad or tomato-cucumber salad and Turkish bread.
