Directions

  1. Cut the flesh of the watermelon into cubes of 3 cm and cut the feta into cubes.
  2. Divide the arugula over plates and divide the cubes of watermelon with the blackberries and the cubes of feta over it.
  3. Stir in a bowl the orange juice with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to a dressing. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
