A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper, black olives without seeds, avocados, watercress (75 g), jumbo shrimp (a 100 g) and capers.

Directions

  1. In bowl dressing, beat oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Halve olives.
  3. Peel avocados, remove the seeds and cut flesh into thin segments.
  4. Divide watercress into four plates.
  5. Arrange Avocado and shrimp on this.
  6. Dressing over salad and garnish with olives and capers.
  7. Tasty with solid bread such as Rustique or Bûcheron..
