Lukewarm potato salad with salami and olives

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes well and boil them for about 15 minutes in water with salt. Drain and cut in half.
  2. Scoop the potatoes with the oil, the oregano, the lemon juice, the onion rings and the olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Allow to cool to lukewarm and then toss in the salami and rocket. Serve immediately.
