Put the forest fruits in a pan with a thick bottom.

Mix the balsamic vinegar through the rosemary and stir this mixture with the jelly sugar through the forest fruits.

Bring to the boil while stirring until the mixture bubbles.

Cook for 3-4 minutes with stirring and add a dash of port if necessary.

Remove the foam from the heat source.

Fill the jam jars up to the edge with hot jam.

Turn the lids on and put the filled pots aside.
