Bruschetta with strawberries
Cut the strawberries into slices. Spoon the strawberry slices in a bowl with the orange zest, sugar and vinegar. Let the strawberries marinate for at least 1 hour.
Cut the ciabatta diagonally into long slices (2 pp) and roast them in a hot grill pan or on the barbecue until they have nice brown stripes on both sides.
Place 2 slices of ciabatta on each plate and drip some olive oil over it. Spoon the strawberries with moisture on the ciabatta and garnish with basil leaves.
