Ingredients
Directions
-
First defrost the puff pastry and preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4. Cut the salami into small cubes.
-
Take a large pan or wok and fry the salami for about 1 minute. Stir fry the vegetable mix for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it and the filling is ready.
-
Spoon the vegetable mixture at a point of the puff pastry slices. Fold the puff pastry diagonally over the filling. Press the edges well with a fork and immediately make a nice pattern. Spread a little water over the flap with a brush and sprinkle the cheese over it. Put them on a baking tray.
-
Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the envelopes in 20 minutes crispy and brown. Hot and cold tasty! .
