Directions

  1. Mix the mustard with yoghurt or cottage cheese, honey and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Spread 4 slices of bread with this. Cover 2 smeared slices with leaves of lettuce, a slice of cheese and slices of avocado. Put a slice of spread bread on it.
  3. Divide 2 slices of cheese, slices of meat tomato and smoked meat. Cover with the last slices of bread.
  4. Press the sandwich slightly and cut the club sandwich into quarters and put a skewer in each stack.
