Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon low fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoon low fat quark
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 6 cut multigrain bread lightly toasted
- Leaf red lettuce
- Leaf iceberg lettuce
- 4 paste old cheese
- 4 paste mature cheese
- 1 avocado peeled, in slices
- 1 meat tomato in thin slices
- 100 gram smoked meat

Directions

Mix the mustard with yoghurt or cottage cheese, honey and freshly ground pepper.

Spread 4 slices of bread with this. Cover 2 smeared slices with leaves of lettuce, a slice of cheese and slices of avocado. Put a slice of spread bread on it.

Divide 2 slices of cheese, slices of meat tomato and smoked meat. Cover with the last slices of bread.

Press the sandwich slightly and cut the club sandwich into quarters and put a skewer in each stack.
