Toasted sugar bread with mascarpone and strawberries

Cut the strawberries in four.

In a bowl, mix the strawberries with the orange juice and let stand for at least 15 minutes.

Brush the slices of sugar bread on both sides with butter and toast them in a hot grill pan until golden brown.

Meanwhile, stir in a bowl the mascarpone with the orange zest and vanilla sugar.

Put the slices of sugar bread each on a plate and put a large spoonful of mascarpone on it.

Divide the strawberries.
