Spanish tomato salad
Spanish salad of paprika, red onion, parsley, tomatoes, serrano ham, olives and garlic. Also delicious as a tapas dish

Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the parsley. Wash the cherryto, pat dry and halve them. Cut the ham into thin strips and the olives into slices.

Wash the tomato, halve and grater above a bowl until mush (discard the skins). Push the purée through a sieve (to remove seeds). Squeeze out the garlic. Stir in the vinegar and oil. Apply with pepper and salt.

Stir in the peppers, onions, parsley, to, ham and olives. Allow the flavors to set in for about 15 minutes. Delicious with grilled slices of bread (dripped with olive oil).
