Directions

  1. Additional requirements: baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Cut the spring onions into pieces of five cm and cut these pieces into long thin strips.
  4. Cut the shiitakes into slices and then into strips.
  5. Mix in a bowl the carrot strips with the spring onions, shiitakes and some salt and pepper to taste.
