Additional requirements: baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the spring onions into pieces of five cm and cut these pieces into long thin strips.

Cut the shiitakes into slices and then into strips.

Mix in a bowl the carrot strips with the spring onions, shiitakes and some salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the spring rolls and place a bar of the root mixture two cm from the bottom.

Keep two cm at the sides.

Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll the dough firmly around the filling.

Brush the rolls with a brush around generously with oil and put them on the baking sheet.

Bake them in the oven in twenty minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the spring rolls on a plate.
