Pain de madeleine with sardine butter
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh parsley (à 30 g), capers (pot), lemon, red onion, black olives without seeds, sardines in oil (à 120 g), soft butter, salt and freshly ground pepper, Pain Madeleine (corn bread extra thick) and lamb's lettuce (à 75 g).

Remove stalks of parsley.

Finely chop the capers and parsley.

Lemon well clean and peel fine graters.

Halve and squeeze lemon.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Cut the olives into slices.
