Toast with wild pâté


A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh figs, balsamic vinegar, bread (German sausage, bag of 500 g), game pâté (in slices), apple (in thin slices) and rucola salad.

Directions

  1. Cut the figs into slices and drizzle them with some drops of balsamic vinegar.
  2. Roast the slices of bread and let them cool down.
  3. Cover the bread with slices of pâté and cut the slices diagonally.
  4. Place on each piece of bread with pate a slice of apple, some slices of fig and some leaves of rocket.
  5. Sprinkle with (freshly ground) black pepper..
