Vegetarian burger in shoarma bread
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: shoarma sandwiches, vegetarian burgers, green pesto (fresh), olive oil, garlic (squeezed), Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, rucola salad ((a 30 g) and coarsely chopped).

shred the breadcrumbs into four quarters, cut them open and put them in a basket. Cut burgers into quarters. Mix the pesto and 1 tbsp olive oil and thinly spread the burger tips on both sides. Laying to scale. In a bowl stir garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Place rocket in a bowl.

Fry olive oil in a pan and 1 or 2 burger tips crisp brown, occasionally turn. Meanwhile, roast 1 or 2 shawarma sandwiches under gourmet grill. Fill pita coins with some rocket. Step into the burger tips and add some garlic sauce.
