Cook the eggs almost hard in eight minutes.

Let them scare and peel them.

Work the eggs in a deep plate into small pieces.

Cut the chives finely and mix the mayonnaise, the yogurt and some salt and pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into small parts.

Spread the spread on the bread and garnish with the wedges of tomato and strips of ham.
