Additional needs: Hand blender.
Heat the olive oil in a soup pot and pour the onion and paprika through.
Fry for two minutes on a low heat.
Spoon the pieces of tomato with the spices through and fry for another minute.
Add the water, a teaspoon of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let the soup boil gently for a maximum of ten minutes.
Puree with a hand blender into a nice smooth soup.
