Directions

  1. Additional needs: Hand blender.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a soup pot and pour the onion and paprika through.
  3. Fry for two minutes on a low heat.
  4. Spoon the pieces of tomato with the spices through and fry for another minute.
  5. Add the water, a teaspoon of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let the soup boil gently for a maximum of ten minutes.
  7. Puree with a hand blender into a nice smooth soup.
