Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or sandwich maker. Heat the oven grill.

Put the toasted slices of bread next to each other. Spread 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and put slices of banana on it. Then place a slice of bread topped with chicken breast.

Mix the carrot with the yogurt and ketchup and spread over the chicken breast.

Spread over the last slice of bread slices of tomato with the cheese on top. Place this slice of bread under the oven grill until the cheese melts and place on top of the sandwich.

Cut the club sandwich diagonally in half and possibly stick with a skewer.
