Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients and knead everything together well.

Grease a cake tin with butter and put the minced meat mixture into the mold.

Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 35 minutes.

Then remove the meatloaf from the oven and turn over the cake mold.

Cut the meatloaf into thin slices.

The meatloaf can be eaten hot or cold.

Make the yoghurt sauce by mixing all the ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper and add finely chopped parsley and chives as you wish.
