A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime (pressed), cucumber (peeled and thin slices), sesame crispbread, chicken breast, coarse mustard, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Beat 2 tablespoons of mustard with lime juice, sesame oil and soy sauce.
  2. Mix the cucumber slices with this dressing and let stand for a moment.
  3. Spread 4 slices thinly with the rest of the mustard and top each slice with 2 slices of chicken fillet.
  4. Put another slice of crispbread on the chicken fillet, spread the cucumber salad and cover with the last slice of crispbread.
  5. Serve immediately! ..
