For 6 - 7 months: Peel the potato and carrot with a peeler and cut into small cubes. Put the potato, carrot and frozen peas in a saucepan and add 75 ml of water.

Bring to boil. Put the lid on the pan and cook the vegetables gently for 8-10 minutes. Puree the vegetables with the liquid with the hand blender to a smooth puree.
