Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
-
Cut the onion into thin rings. Place 10 minutes in a bowl with water, so that the taste is less sharp.
-
Meanwhile, let the tuna drain. Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
-
Cut the bagels horizontally in half and spread the bottom half with the tuna mixture. Grate the cheese and sprinkle a portion over the tuna.
-
Divide the rest of the cheese over the cutting edge of the other half. Place all halves on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake approx. 3 min.
-
Meanwhile cut the fennel into wafer-thin slices. Mix the lettuce, fennel, tomatoes, oil and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
-
Let the onion drain in a sieve and add. Season with pepper and salt.
-
Take the bagels out of the oven. Divide part of the salad over the lower halves. Put the top half on top. Serve the rest of the salad.
