Baked brie with tarragon spinach

Cut the brie into four even pieces, if necessary, add some.

Finely chop the garlic and the tarragon.

Put the flour, the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in three deep plates in succession.

Take the brie through all the plates and put the breaded brie in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Fry the brie in a small frying pan until golden brown in the oil.

Stew the spinach for about 5 minutes in a few tablespoons of oil with the garlic and tarragon, season with salt.

Chop the almonds coarsely.
-
Serve the cheese next to the spinach and drizzle with the almonds.
