Shrimp salad with garden herbs and avocado sauce

Directions

Puree for the sauce the flesh of the avocado with the yoghurt, pepper sauce to taste and basil.

Cross the peel of the tomatoes and put the tomatoes a few seconds in hot water. Peel them and cut the flesh without the seeds into cubes.

Spoon the shrimps with the dill and chopped chives through the tomato cubes.

Divide the shrimp over the lettuce and sprinkle the avocado sauce over it. Garnish with sprits of chives.
