Heat a grill pan.
Spread the slices of zucchini with olive oil and grill for about 3 minutes on both sides until nice streaks appear.
Mix the ricotta with the oregano, garlic, lemon zest and juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham on a zucchini paste and brush with the ricotta mixture.
Roll up and stick with a stick.
Repeat with all zucchini slices.
