Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan.
  2. Spread the slices of zucchini with olive oil and grill for about 3 minutes on both sides until nice streaks appear.
  3. Mix the ricotta with the oregano, garlic, lemon zest and juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a slice of ham on a zucchini paste and brush with the ricotta mixture.
  6. Roll up and stick with a stick.
  7. Repeat with all zucchini slices.
