Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  2. Beat the eggs with the milk and add the dill, butter and pepper to taste. Mix into a smooth batter.
  3. Scoop the broccoli and salmon through. Fill 8 cavity molds completely with the batter and press slightly.
  4. Bake the salmon muffins in the oven until golden brown and done in about 25 minutes.
