Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Mix the flour with the baking powder.

Beat the eggs with the milk and add the dill, butter and pepper to taste. Mix into a smooth batter.

Scoop the broccoli and salmon through. Fill 8 cavity molds completely with the batter and press slightly.

Bake the salmon muffins in the oven until golden brown and done in about 25 minutes.
