Salad with chicken livers
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, seedless grapes, walnuts, chicken liver, flour, (cream) butter, salt and freshly ground pepper, cognac (liquorice), mixed frisées la (200 g) and honey-mustard dressing.

Wash the grapes, pat dry and halve.

Roast walnuts in a dry frying pan over low heat, until they color.

Meanwhile cut chicken liver with a sharp knife in half.

Shred pieces of liver by flour.

Heat butter in another frying pan.

Sprinkle the sprinkles with salt and pepper and put them in a pan.

Bake on high heat for about 2 minutes and regularly turn, until supplies are nicely brown and still rosé inside.

Add cognac and allow to evaporate.

Spread Frisées in four plates.
