A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: poultry, seedless grapes, walnuts, chicken liver, flour, (cream) butter, salt and freshly ground pepper, cognac (liquorice), mixed frisées la (200 g) and honey-mustard dressing.

Directions

  1. Wash the grapes, pat dry and halve.
  2. Roast walnuts in a dry frying pan over low heat, until they color.
  3. Meanwhile cut chicken liver with a sharp knife in half.
  4. Shred pieces of liver by flour.
  5. Heat butter in another frying pan.
  6. Sprinkle the sprinkles with salt and pepper and put them in a pan.

  8. Add cognac and allow to evaporate.
