Fried sandwiches with parma ham


A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, white-casino bread, Parma ham, mascarpone, sage, eggs, milk, salt and freshly ground pepper and butter.

Directions

  1. Cut crusts of bread.
  2. Parma ham cut into strips.
  3. Wet bread with mascarpone.
  4. Spread the ham and sage over 4 buttered sandwiches.
  5. Place another 4 slices with buttered side on slices of bread.
  6. Press and cut each double sandwich diagonally (up to two triangles.) In bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  7. Triangle bread on both sides in egg mixture so that egg mixture will pull well into bread.
  8. Cook butter in large frying pan (or two frying pans) and bake bread golden brown in approx.
  9. 2 minutes.
  10. Halfway through.
  11. Serve immediately (possibly with arugula or lamb's lettuce)..
