Italian taleggiotosti with cheese, tomato, chicken and pesto.
Cut the bread into 8 slices and the taleggio into 8 bars. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
Spread the bread on one side with butter.
Brush 4 slices each on the other side with ½ tbsp pesto and toppings with chicken, taleggio and tomato.
Cover with the rest of the bread with the bone side facing out.
Heat 2 large frying pans without oil or butter and bake the sandwiches in 6 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway. Serve with the rest of the pesto.
