Tortilla with mushrooms
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: mixed mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and eggs (M).

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut off hard pieces of oyster mushrooms.

Mushrooms in pieces.

Heat half of oil in frying pan.

Mushrooms brown in about 5 minutes; periodically shove.

Thyme through it and season with salt and pepper.

Dissolve eggs with salt and pepper in bowl.

Create mushrooms.

Heat residual oil in frying pan.

Pour egg mixture into pan and leave tortilla covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Place the plate on a pan, turn it together and let tortilla slide back in pan with the bottom.

Bake brown in about 3 minutes.

Tasty with toasted bread or tomato bread..
