Directions

  1. Cut the tips of the haricots verts and boil them in a small pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 6-8 minutes until al dente.
  2. Rinse them in a sieve under cold water and let them drain well.
  3. Divide the lettuce over plates and put the slices of ham on them loosely. Divide the haricots verts and halved strawberries and sprinkle the dressing over it.
