Fast fresh soup for lunch of red kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, chipotle and wraps with guacamole.

Directions

  1. Bring the kidney beans to the boil with the to, chipotle pepper, water and the vegas.
  2. Cook gently on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Cut them into points.
  5. Divide the soup over the bowls, spoon in a spoon of guacamole and serve with the tortillas.
