Warm potato salad
A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, salt, potato slices, butter, low-fat bacon strips (about 225 g), mixed lettuce (200 g), wine vinegar, brandy (liqueur) and pepper.

Bring water to the boil with a pinch of salt.

Potato slices cook in 6 minutes.

In the meantime, stir fry butter and 1 tablespoon of water and fry bacon for 8 minutes.

Cut out potato slices, create 1/3 of them in a large bowl.

Divide 1/3 of the lettuce over this.

Alternate potato and lettuce in scale to create ingredients.

Remove bacon with spatula from pan and distribute on salad.

Stir in bacon vinegar and brandy.

Season with pepper.

Prepare bacon fat by salad and shovel.

Serve with baguette..
